Broad Functions: The Admin Manager is responsible for comprehensive administrative
operations including payroll processing, human resources support, financial reconciliation, and
operational assistance. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage
multiple systems while providing backup support across various departments.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Edit daily punch errors in time keeping system and finalize payroll processing
2. Prepare and send payroll deductions, create associate logs, complete payroll checklists,
verify paychecks match roster and coordinate distribution
3. Complete I-9 process for all new hires and update expired documentation
4. Complete status changes including address updates, department transfers, promotions,
and terminations
5. Upload progressive counseling and maintain tracking system
6. Maintain secure personnel files and prepare orientation materials
7. Manage badging applications/renewals and parking pass processes
8. Order supplies, uniforms, and shoes for crew with toll reimbursement processing
9. Enter vendor invoices into WEPEX for non-F&B retail general expenses
10. Manage cash variance tracking, void/comp tracking, and draft cash policy violation
documentation
11. Handle change orders, Tidel maintenance and monthly audits (where applicable)
12. Process airline vouchers (where applicable)
13. Generate micro cards for cashiers and open IT/system-related tickets
14. Maintain facilities key management (where applicable)
15. Communicate with property management (if applicable) and vendors regarding
credits/returns
16. Manage attendance tracking and systems such as E-Voice
17. Manage liquidation communications and resolution processes
Skills and Qualifications
1. Minimum of an associate degree or High School diploma with the equivalent
experience
2. 3+ year’s general administrative assistant background.
3. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
4. Excellent communication and coordination skills
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment while having accuracy in
entry of all systems
6. Experience with payroll, HR processes, and financial reconciliation preferred
7. Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power point).
8. Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the
company.
9. Must be able to work in a multicultural environment.
10. Must be self-motivated and be able to perform with minimum supervision.
11. Good organizational skills and time management skills.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee operates in an office environment. This
role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing
cabinets and fax machines. This is largely a sedentary role and requires color determination
vision (no color blindness) and to sit for extended periods of time in front of the computer. This
position would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool
as necessary. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies,
up to 20 pounds. Some bending and/or lifting of supplies and mail in/out materials from time
to time may be required.
