Job Description
Job Title: Admin Clerk
Reports To: Admin Manager/General Manager
Department: Food & Beverage Operations
Status: Non-Exempt

Broad Functions:
Responsible for Admin tasks, reports, uniform inventory, and routine correspondence as needed. Responsible for reception of and including signing for office packages. Responsible for sorting and distributing mail. Provides administrative assistance to the Admin Manager and General Manager.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Responds to general questions as they relate to policies and procedures and ensures necessary follow-up.
2. Provides administrative support to managers, and/or leadership.
3. Assists in the planning, research, development, and implementation of programs and specials projects, such as employment engagement or lunches.
4. Assists the location with any scheduling needs, payroll related tasks, uniform inventory, and office supplies.
5. Creates, types, formats, and proofreads materials such as documents, forms, vouchers, materials and correct grammatical, punctuation and spelling errors.
6. Compiles, generates records or recurring financial reports and invoices, office activity reports or statement reconciliations as needed.
7. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
· High School diploma with the equivalent experience.
· 3+ years general administrative assistant background.
· Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
· Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the company.
· Excellent spelling and grammar, good phone skills, organized, sets priorities, meets deadlines, able to multi-task and, carefully proofs own work.

While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to stand for long periods of time, use hands and fingers, communicate verbally, and hear. The associate is also occasionally required to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and either lift or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
