Broad Functions: The admin provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to leadership as a key resource for onboarding activities as well as payroll processing and is the point of contact for Regional HR Manager. Assists in the planning and implementation of programs and special projects while managing scheduling needs, assists monitoring budgets, and completing financial documentation. Handles a variety of operational tasks, including cash room assistance.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Responds to associate questions as they relate to policies and procedures and ensures necessary follow-up with HR Manager.
2. Provides administrative support to managers, and/or department heads.
3. Assists in the planning, research, development, and implementation of programs and specials projects.
4. Assists the leadership with payroll related tasks for the location (Leaves submission, terminations, new hires, etc.)
5. Assists the leadership with applicant’s interview scheduling, onboarding process, new hires submission to payroll, and orientation.
6. Assists leadership with any scheduling needs.
7. Assists in monitoring budget and completing financial forms as requested by leadership.
8. Compiles, generates, and tabulates various data or statistics for projects, records or recurring reports, office activity reports or statement reconciliations as needed.
9. Assists with Cash rooms as requested.
10. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
• High School diploma or college degree (AA + degree helpful).
• 3+ years' general administrative experience.
• Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, and presentation software (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint); excellent spelling and grammar; good phone skills; organized; sets priorities; meets deadlines; able to multi-task; carefully proofs own work.
• Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the company.
• Bilingual Preferred.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit for extended periods of time. This position is performed within an office environment whose duties are primarily performed behind a desk. Employees in these positions frequently operate a computer, read and write, and interact with others in person, over the phone, and via other devices. They move about within the office to access file cabinets, documents, office machinery, and other equipment. They may also have to do some light lifting of supplies and materials from time to time. Occasionally move objects weighing up to 20/30 lbs., and sometimes, but rarely, up to 50 lbs
