Broad Responsibilities:

Ensure proper training and supervision of all personnel, to deliver prompt, courteous service in a manner that complies with Food and Beverage standards and company policies and procedures.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for assigned shift, assisting in overall management.
2. Supervise and coordinate assigned shift; conduct meetings with staff daily.
3. Assist in overall supervision of the department.
4. Check staff punctuality.
5. Communicate with customers and receive feedback.
6. Observe, teach, and correct staff’s service.
7. Examine food preparation.
8. Examine beverage presentation.
9. Handle any guest complaint.
10. Order daily supplies.
11. Follow up on established training steps.
12. Handle customer comments and complaints.
13. Ensure customer satisfaction.
14. Stay on the store during peak hours.

Work Experience Requirements:

1-2 years restaurant or related food service operations experience.

Education & Skills Requirements:

1. Minimum High School Diploma, some College preferred.
2. Strong customer service skills
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Computer skills
