Position Title:Assistant Concept Manager

Location:Atlanta Airport

Reports To:Concourse and Assistant Concourse Managers 

Status:Salaried


Broad Responsibilities: The Assistant Concept Manager is responsible for maintaining outstanding GUEST service as per Company standards, processing sales quickly, accurately, and efficiently, cash register operations and safeguarding company assets.


Duties and Responsibilities:



  1. Manage employee’s daily procedures.
  2. Train and coach sales associates.
  3. Ensure that each GUEST receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every GUEST.
  4. Maintain a neat and organized appearance - following company dress code guidelines.
  5. Maintaining outstanding standards, and solid product knowledge.
  6. Maintain all aspects of GUEST service following all company and airport policies and procedures.
  7. Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
  8. Accurately and efficiently ring on registers and accurately maintain all cash and media at the registers. Effectively assists Sales Associates in this procedure also.
  9. Complete shift paperwork. Enter all media from register into the tally sheet.
  10. Communicate GUEST requests to management.
  11. Maintain orderly appearance of register area and supplies stocked.
  12. Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by any manager.


Skills and Qualifications:



  1. Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job.
  2. Ability to communicate with associates and GUESTs.
  3. Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation.
  4. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and to move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store, which entails lifting, and perform all functions as set forth above.
  5. Ability to work varied hours/days, including weekends, and some holidays, as needed.
  6. Ability to understand the financial aspect of the business.


Preferred Experience:

  • 3 - 5 years Supervisor Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related studies
