Broad Responsibility: To repair and maintain all aspects of the building. These tasks are to be performed in a timely and professional manner to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Understand that our guest is our #1 priority.
2. Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner (where applicable).
3. Maintain any and all tools and equipment needed to do the job. This includes cleaning, organizing, and maintaining all storage closets and work areas.
4. Responsible for minor equipment repairs, electrical, plumbing and furniture maintenance.
5. Follows all security guidelines for outside repair company personnel including checking of airport badges or responsibility for escorting non-badged repair personnel on premises.
6. Responsible for progress of outside repair personnel.
7. Must maintain vendor relations, including PM contracts, and follow all procedures regarding maintenance schedules. Also includes checking integrity of vendor pricing for all parts, labor, etc. listed on estimates and/or invoices.
8. Responsible for delivery of all invoices to be paid directly to Admin Manager as work is completed.
9. Responsible for receiving and providing project repair estimates as required by General Manager of the property. All work needs to be approved by GM before starting repairs.
10. Complete opening, ongoing, and closing checklists as required.
11. Inform the manager immediately of new building maintenance issues.
12. Perform general and specific cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by supervisor to adhere to health standards.
13. Return all items used during your shift to the proper place, clean and organize all work and storage areas.
14. Meet with manager upon arrival to discuss shift set-up and check out with manager before leaving to ensure duties are completed.
15. In charge of the warehouse
16. Monitors and measures Receiving and Warehouse performance for accuracy of locator, receiving reporting, movement and storage of material, and transfers of Service Parts Fill requisitions or other stock items and distributes items to restaurants.

18. Maintain a personnel structure and staffing level to accomplish the Warehouse and Receiving mission in an effective and efficient manner. Interview and recommend applicants for hire as Warehouse/Maintenance Associates.
19. Other duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications:
1. Must be familiar with basic food service equipment and basic maintenance functions.
2. Must have proficiency in electrical, plumbing and equipment repair.
3. One year’s experience working in building maintenance, repairing furniture, fixtures, etc.
4. High school diploma preferred.
5. Verbal and written communication is essential.
6. Experience in dealing with problems involving equipment issues.
7. Brand Certification as required (can get brand certified).
8. Ability to stand and work in confined spaces for long periods of time.
9. Ability to walk for extended periods to visit multiple unit properties.
10. Valid State Driver’s License required.
11. Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends.
12. Must be able to get badged by the airport authority.
