Position Title: National Recruiter

Broad Responsibilities: The National Recruiter is responsible for executing the full cycle recruiting strategies to attract, source, and hire top talent across multiply restaurant and retail locations nationwide. This role ensures the company maintains strong talent pipelines to support growth and operational excellence. The National Recruiter partners with hiring managers and operational leaders to identify staffing needs, align recruiting efforts with business objections, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for assigned region and locations by partnering with operational leadership.
2. Source candidates through posting positions in Paradox, job boards, and social media.
3. Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements, and company culture & standards.
4. Manage the Paradox system (ATS), assisting operations with utilization, and moving candidates through the system, managing the onboarding experience, and preparing the candidate for orientation.
5. Develops and maintains professional relationships with colleges, universities, and community college placement offices as a source to generate qualified applicants.
6. Attend job/career fairs as needed to source and generate qualified applicants. Preparing job fair posters, Indeed campaigns, and assisting with advertisements of potential job fairs for assigned locations.
7. Act as a resource to the candidate by sending appropriate communication to candidates in each step of the selection process.
8. Provide support to leadership team members including preparing team for interviews with candidates.
9. Partners with HR leaders to facilitate weekly staffing meetings with Operational Leader for assigned locations.
10. Provides general support and day-to-day issue resolution to end users such as the HR team, Agencies, Hiring Managers, Candidates and Operational Leadership.
11. Maintain confidential and sensitive information and ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance across the centralized HR & recruiting function.
12. Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent experience considered.
2. 3+ years recruiting experience within a remote work environment. Preferably within restaurant, hospitality, or retail industries.
3. Strong knowledge of recruiting strategies, sourcing tools, and ATS platforms. Paradox ATS experience a plus.
4. Proven ability to manage high-volume requisition load across multiple regions/locations.
5. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
6. Highly adaptable to a fluid and changing work environment.
7. Comfortable speaking with all levels of an organization.
8. Proficient with Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
9. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
10. Ability to travel nationally (up to 15%) to support hiring events, career fairs, and in-market recruitment efforts.
