Broad Functions: Responsible for taking orders, making pizzas, and maintaining and stocking designated station by performing the following duties.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Prepares pizzas for the restaurant prior to and during mealtime rush.
2. Prepares pizza, dough, and sauces in accordance with recipe guidelines.
3. Reads and fills all orders according to specifications.
4. Maintains and stocks pizza station, freezers, refrigerators, and storeroom with food products daily.
5. Prepares, slices and chops meat, vegetables, and cheese for the pizza station.
6. Use electric choppers, stoves, pizza oven, pots, slicers, graters, can openers, knives, and other preparatory utensils.
7. Follows portion and quality control standards of the menu.
8. Cleans work areas according to state health and safety guidelines.
9. Communicates any health and/or safety concerns/violations immediately to management.
10. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Skills and Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent. A minimum of 1 year of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking a plus.
• Written and oral Communication Skills. Guest relations and excellent Customer Service.
• Math aptitude, organization, planning, reading skills, time management. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
