Reports To:Kitchen Manager/Concept Manager

Division:EWR
Broad Functions: Responsible for taking orders, making pizzas, and maintaining and stocking designated station by performing the following duties.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepares pizzas for the restaurant prior to and during mealtime rush.
- Prepares pizza, dough, and sauces in accordance with recipe guidelines.
- Reads and fills all orders according to specifications.
- Maintains and stocks pizza station, freezers, refrigerators, and storeroom with food products daily.
- Prepares, slices and chops meat, vegetables, and cheese for the pizza station.
- Use electric choppers, stoves, pizza oven, pots, slicers, graters, can openers, knives, and other preparatory utensils.
- Follows portion and quality control standards of the menu.
- Cleans work areas according to state health and safety guidelines.
- Communicates any health and/or safety concerns/violations immediately to management.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Skills and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent. A minimum of 1 year of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking a plus.
- Written and oral Communication Skills. Guest relations and excellent Customer Service.
- Math aptitude, organization, planning, reading skills, time management. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
