Broad Functions: The Product Pricing Specialist will work with the F&B Category Manager and cross-functional internal departments. The main task of the Product Pricing Coordinator is to support in the preparation of the sales pricing strategies to maximize profits, this includes market baskets and reports. This role will also interact with brands and landlords to ensure that needed information is collected and submitted on a timely manner. The Product Pricing Specialist will create/update sale items information proprietary system. Will also work on our upsell efforts to ensure we are maximizing profits by promoting the most profitable items.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support in obtaining information and preparing Market Baskets to submit to Airports and Highways authorities.
- Prepares reports to analyze pricing strategies, sale, and profitability by item.
- Works with cross functional departments to ensure new pricing strategies are implemented.
- Updates system with new sales items and/or new pricing.
- Coordinate with brands the implementation of new menu items and LTOs.
- Communicate professionally and courteously directly with suppliers in relation to order processing as required to resolve issues.
- Prepare all the reporting showing the progress in our upselling efforts.
- Other duties as assigned by direct Supervisor.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Business degree
- Three-year career experience in business analysis is preferred
- Micros Aloha experience is a plus
- Food & Beverage experience is a plus
- Analytical ability and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Excel
- Able to perform multiple tasks and adjust priorities based on workload or direction from management.
- Superior communication skills (oral, written and listening)

While performing the duties of this job, the employee operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This is largely a sedentary role and requires color determination vision (no color blindness) and to sit for extended periods of time in front of the computer.
This position would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds. Some bending and/or lifting of supplies and mail in/out materials from time to time may be required.
