Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

Department: Operations

Reports To: ACDBE Partner (Primary), Unit General Manager (Dotted Line)

Status: Exempt

Date: May 2025


Broad Responsibilities: Support the ACDBE Partner and Unit General Manager in overseeing operations business by helping deliver exceptional results and reinforcing a great culture. Assist in achieving financial, operational, and guest service objectives while promoting a best-in-class work environment. Ensure proper training and supervision of all personnel during assigned shifts to deliver prompt, courteous service in a manner that complies with Food and Beverage standards and company policies and procedures. Maintain regular communication with ACDBE Partner regarding operational performance, challenges, and opportunities.


Main Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs for the concept.

2. Check quality standards upon delivery of food and beverage deliveries.

3. Assist in the ordering of concept supplies including food, beverage, smallware, chemicals and paper products.

4. Resolve customer complaints about food quality or service through company standards.

5. Maintain sanitation standards. Monitor actions of staff and customers to ensure that health and safety standards and liquor regulations (where applicable) are followed in adherence to state and local guidelines.

6. Follow proper record keeping adhering to Area standards.

7. Responsible for enforcing and adhering to airport rules and regulations, in addition to local standards and laws

8. Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports, and schedules in an organized and timely manner.

9. Arrange for maintenance and repair of equipment and other services (as needed).

10. Maintain opening and closing procedures and security standards.

11. Provide regular performance feedback to the ACDBE Partner and Unit General Manager regarding associate performance.

12. Ensure all employees are following the company dress code guidelines.

13. Monitor food preparation and methods to ensure compliance with brand and company specification and standards.

14. Provide weekly operational updates to the ACDBE Partner, including performance metrics, staffing matters, and any operational challenges.

15. Participate in regular meetings with the ACDBE Partner to discuss business strategies, operational improvements, and implementation of new initiatives.

16. Perform any other duties as assigned by ACDBE Partner or Unit General Manager.


Skills and Qualifications:

1. Minimum High School Diploma, some college preferred.

2. 1-2 years restaurant management experience.

3. Excellent communication skills

4. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer/client base.

5. Strong organizational skills.

6. Strong customer service skills.

7. Must be able to adapt to a diverse workforce.

8. Ability to assist leadership team in reaching organizational objectives and goals.

9. Basic understanding of P&L goals for the location including labor, sales, and COG.

10. Experience working in an ACDBE partnership environment preferred.

11. Must be able to pass an airport background check

12. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
